We were honored to host Sam Llanas in the iHeartRadio Lounge recently.
In the late 1990s, the BoDeans took some time off i so Neumann and Llanas could record solo albums. Llanas founded Absinthe, with the help of Milwaukee musicians Jim Eannelli (guitars and bass) and Guy Hoffman. In 2011 Sam Llanas released 4 A.M. (The Way Home) and left the BoDeans to pursue his solo career.

Sam Llanas performs 2 songs in the iHeartRadio Lounge. The first song, "Dangerous Love" will be on an upcoming album by Llanas. The release date will be announced on his website, SamLlanas.com.
Llanas closed the performance with "Closer to Free," one of the famous songs by The Bodeans. The track is probably best known as the theme song for the 1990s Fox television drama Party of Five.
